The Knoll and Fairways in “Bloom”

Jun 30, 2017 / Posted By Knoll Care Partnership

The residents at The Knoll and The Fairways recently enjoyed a day of planting pots and baskets with a variety of bedding plants.

After a visit to the local garden centre to pick the plants and tools for the job, the residents set about creating a colourful display of planting to brighten up the patios and entrances of the homes.

The residents thoroughly enjoyed the experience and coped well with the stow-away snail that arrived hidden under the geraniums.

We now just have to rely on the Manchester weather to keep the plants regularly watered.

Thoughts of our Customers

  • My Sister has been a resident firstly at The Knoll and now at Bowfell House since September 2019. From the first moment we visited the staff shone like a beacon on a very dark day. Their sense of commitment, empathy and dedication was palpable. We felt they were in a class of their own. Sister of a Resident

  • My mother has only been a resident in Bowfell house since mid-November and we have had nothing but exceptional care and service from all the team starting with the warm welcoming smile on arrival from Vicky to the housekeepers. The carers have cared for mum with dignity and warmth which has been a blessing for my sister and myself. It is good to know who to speak to with any feedback but so far everything is fabulous
